Do users using Android have the same issue?
Do you make any modification on Exchange server or user mailboxes before this issue?
Please following the steps and see if the issue is resolved:
1.Please try to select the “Detail” button shown in the error message and then click the “Trust”.
2.Please try to reset your network settings.
3.Please run the following command to check the URL of ActiveSync.
Get-ActiveSyncVirtualDirectory|fl name,InternalUrl,ExternalUrl
4.You could simulate the steps taken by a mobile device to connect to the Exchange server using Exchange ActiveSync by ExRCA. If there have any errors, ExRCA will provide a detail report.
