Cant log into FB

Question

I cannot log into my Facebook because it’s asking me to enter the code on my Authenticator app, however, this Fb account was removed from my Authenticator app, and my Authenticator app was never backed up with the old account. What should I do to fix this?

None of these solutions work because it doesn’t give me the option to use the codes or to have an sms sent. Every time I submit my ID Fb claims it’s too blurry even tho it can clearly be read.
