Visual Studio 2022: Error reopening files (error code 0x80004005)

When opening a solution file which was closed with multiple source files open, all of the tabs with the open files show the below type of error message. If I close the solution file (without opening the files), then all tabs are gone the next time I open the solution file. I can reopen all files using the Solution Explorer.

Error occurs in Visual Studio 2022 (17.0.10, 17.0.11 and 17.0.12) used with Intel Fortran Compiler 2022.1.0.256. I haven't tested previous versions (except version 2015, where it worked).
I haven't tested 17.2 either, as this supposedly doesn't work well with the Fortran Compiler.
