After closing the RDP connection, the connected system breakdown, and can only use after rebooting.

After closing the RDP connection to my server ( which is my workstation at my lab, win11 system), my server cannot run, needs rebooting.
It was alright when I use win10 and early version of Win 11. It was like since the end of last year, my workstation started have this problem.
