microsoft-community-training is applicable for CSP subscription as well?

Question

We have referred this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/industry/training-services/microsoft-community-training/infrastructure-management/install-your-platform-instance/installation-guide-detailed-steps#before-you-begin

And able to create the website with Phone number but post logging into the community training site, its not showing any administrator profile.

Can you please confirm if we can work in CSP susbscription?
