Hi,
how can i disable the "User information section(1)" of the "Warningmailbox" NDR.
Maybe i did something wrong, because the MS Doc isnt working.

What specifically did you set?
I did this and it worked very well:
New-SystemMessage -QuotaMessageType WarningMailbox -Language de -Text "My Text"
This changes everything inside the green box.
But i want to delete everything in the blue box

the answer was not helpful, the documentation of the link only indicates how to edit the green part and I am as I said looking for a way to edit the blue part

I am afraid that it is only supported to customize the green box’s content. It is not possible to modify the content in the blue mailbox.

as you are running on-premise Exchange server, the only way to get what you want is creating a so called transport agent for Exchange - just a piece of code,
