Exchange Admin Center - On-premises

Hello,

I am working in Hybrid environment, we are using Exchange Admin Center on on-premises.

I am trying to put administrator credentials( username and password), somehow after putting username and password screen just stays on login page.

Anyone have any suggestions ?

Please let me know if you have anything to share.

    Do you means that you cannot login Exchange on-premises admin center?

    If so, I would suggest you try to login with "https://localhost/ecp" on your Exchange server. Check whether could login with the URL successfully.

    If you cannot login ECP with this URL, try to open IIS and recycle ECP (MSExchangeECPAppPool) and OWA (MSExchangeOWAAppPool) Application Pool. Then try to login again.

    Further, we suggest that you kindly try to open Exchange Admin Center in Browser from a different network or another network and check whether this issue is related to a specific network side issue.

    Also, kindly disable third-party antivirus or VPN and firewall proxy in the Machine if it is enabled in the Machine.
