some servers not getting windows updates

Hi,

We have ADR set up in SCCM/MECM to download critical updates and apply them to 2016 servers. It has created a software group.

I've noticed that most servers seem to get the updates and some are not getting the updates.

The ones that arent getting the updates dont show anything in software centre and when i look at the windows update log in event viewer there is an error every every minute in the windows update log - 0x80244022.

Articles seem to suggest this is some kind of WSUS error?

I've tried restarting the wsus iis application pool. I've tried increasing the queue length in the wsus iis application pool advanced settings.
I've tried rebooting the servers that wont get updates, i've tried rebooting the SCCM server itself, to no avail.

Any thoughts of what to look at next?
