As we say, "Do not keep all eggs in one basket" New Phrase "Do not keep all your emails in Gmail “, What we know, in life we make Mistakes, and I did Not. Not foreseeing this ever happening. But not only was this a "Wake up call", But A huge Mistake of mine, if this happens again, I would not only have not learned from my previous mistakes, but would be a first of repeatable common Mistakes that should not have happened in the first place. Please advise How i can export as duplicate, or storage every single data that i have on my Gmail accounts moving further Please?

Does your business account on google is still in good standing ?

I ask as you can migrate to O365 with Microsoft wizard, as seen here; Migrate consumer Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) mailboxes to Microsoft 365 or Office 365, need a valid account on both side.

If your account on google is not in good standing, I would think that you might have to do a manual migration. AKA; Create your O365 tenant, create the mailbox and modify the MX. After that your userbase will receive email, but you will have to import them to O365 the old way. That step we need to know what mail client you are using. (as like importing the pst inside their new mailbox in example if you are using office)

Do you want to migrate all accounts and data from G-suite to Microsoft365 or Office365?
If yes, you could refer to the migration method provided by yagmoth to migrate it to Microsoft 365 or Office 365.
If you just want to export all messages and are using Outlook client, you could refer to the following link to export .pst file from Outlook client.
Export or backup email, contacts, and calendar to an Outlook .pst file (microsoft.com)
