Hi,
we are in the process of upgrading our Windows 10 1809 devices to 1909, and have several language packs installed (we are a multinational). At the moment user request a language pack within sccm which then gets deply to user machine.

As it turns out, upgrading to the latest feature pack seems rather complicated when in a MUI environment.

After the system is upgraded I want to make sure all of the languages are installed and setup for each user, How can I do this?

I see your post in Reddit one year ago, the document you found is still useful.
But now I suggest the method here:
Upgrading Windows 10 devices with installation media different than the original OS install language

    Hello,
Are you running into issues with the upgrade where you are losing languages?
Do the machines have access to the Internet when they do the upgrade?
How many languages do you have installed? One or more than one, are you talking about losing the default languages or are you discussing losing additional languages?

This should be working if you have access to Windows Update:
    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-it-pro-blog/migrating-and-acquiring-windows-10-optional-content/ba-p/1698234
Are you using WSUS or SCCM? Link on status of those.

Link to guide on how to get this working.

if none of these are working we need to know more details of how it's not working.

    Dear all,

Thanks for your suggestions, i have gone through the above articles but couldn't able to find my requirement.

We are supporting 200k of workstations, our base OS is English only but we are applying the LIP on top of it, based on the requirement.

Is there any way that we can achieve the same for upgrade without using TS or setupconfig.ini modification.

    Thanks in advance...
