Azure DevOps WithIn-Ticket Time Tracking

I'm certain that we all have to capture CapEx time. Can we make this easier by having a space within the ticket to track time so that the finance team can easily run a report to capture all CapEx time for the month? Right now, everyone is entering their time into a spreadsheet, which is not ideal.
