Hi,
I have migrated my running virtual machine from on-premises to azure via disaster recovery process ( Hyper - V Replication) after the migration I am unable to connect to my VM via serial connection as well as ssh although it was working fine in on-premises. The VM is in running state not coming to ready I am also not able to ping it following checks I have already done

  • NSG rules for public connectivity
  • Routes for the VM

I have also migrated Windows VM but that is working fine after migration

Thanks.

Hello @Imran Ahmed , sorry for the migration issue you are experiencing.
based on the symptoms you described above. Review these specific toubleshooting steps to check.

If the above doesnt resolve your issue, I recommend re-trying your Ubuntu migration using Azure Migrate feature instead of the ASR option (best used for Disaster recovery scenarios)
Dont hesitate to ping if you are still stuck.

    Cheers.
