Error during Terraform deployment of APIM instance

During deployment of the APIM instance, Terraform threw an error indicating a possible service error. This resulted in a partially-deployed APIM instance that's been "Activating" for well over an hour and appears to be corrupted. I need an agent to delete the instance for me from the backend to allow me to re-deploy from Azure DevOps.

    Hi @Ian Cornett

Apologies for any inconvenience with this issue.

I have looked into the backend logs and there was an issue with the backend services.

Can you please navigate to your APIM resource and verify if the Status is now changed to failed state. You can try deleting the APIM resource from the portal and retry the operation again. If you are still facing the issue please let me know.
