Complete report on email grouping activity

Dear Tim Microsoft,

I work at one of the Government Banks in Indonesia. Currently my team and I use email outook for work purposes. The grouping email that I currently manage is: helpdeskt.rccjkt@bankmandiri.co.id where the members of the email are my team and 1 boss. There are several suggestions regarding the use of the Outlook 365 email feature at the same time I want to ask. One of which is:

  1. Can activity reports be provided such as:
  • Report on the number of emails responded to daily / weekly / monthly
  • report how long it takes to respond to each email
  • Report on the subject category of every email that is received and responded to
  1. The emails that we manage are:
  • helpdesk.rccjkt5@bankmandiri.co.id
  • helpdesk.rccjkt4@bankmandiri.co.id
  • helpdesk.rccjkt3@bankmandiri.co.id
  • helpdesk.visasignatr@bankmandiri.co.id
  • helpdesk.rcc@bankmandiri.co.id
  • helpdesk.worldelite@bankmandiri.co.id
    Please help so that the report on point number 1 can be available for each of these emails.

This is to monitor the productivity of our team's daily activities.

    Hi @Stevanus Susilo the is nothing natively in Exchange Online to do this function however there are some 3rd party products that I have come across that may fir your needs. Or I'm sure if you had time to develop your own solution you could with the use of GraphAPI etc. Have a look at something like: https://timetoreply.com/ see if that fits your needs.
