Concatenates text items.

Syntax

name CATSTR ⟦textitem1 ⟦, textitem2 ...⟧⟧

Remarks

Each text item can be a literal string, a constant preceded by a %, or the string returned by a macro function. CATSTR is a synonym for TEXTEQU.
