The webchat is a simple texting application that easily interfaces with your health bot. The webchat is the easiest method for deploying the bot .The webchat provides various input methods to the end user.

  • Free text via the input bar
  • Dictation via the microphone on their device
  • Touch or click response options presented in the chat feed.

The chat feed displays previous messages with the most recent message shown last. Users can interact with the webchat on desktop and mobile devices.

Note: The dictation and audio option may not always be supported by the device. The bot responds via text and audio depending on the input method selected.
