Download reports

You can export the raw data sets for the Partner Center Insights reports from the Download Reports hub in the Insights dashboard. Doing so can help you do deeper analysis of the data, based on business need.
Once generated, the report is available in the Generated reports section for you to download and analyze using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Reports generated during the previous 14 days are available for download.
Create a new report
To create a new report:
Select a report from the Select report type dropdown menu.
Select the date range from the Select timeframe dropdown menu.
Select the CSV (comma-separated values) or TSV (tab-separated values) data format and file extension.
Download a full report, or select Custom columns to choose which columns to include in the report.
Select Download to generate the report.
The report is generated and will be available for download in the Generated reports section within a few minutes.
Note
Only users with the executive report viewer's role can download reports. For more information about role-based access to the Insights dashboard reports, see PCI roles.
Available reports
The following reports are available for download:
Partner profile provides the details related to the partner, such as partner ID, partner name, and partner city. No aggregation or lookback is applicable to this report.
Customer details provides details of customers that a partner is associated with. It also provides key metrics, such as licenses sold, aggregated Azure consumed revenue (ACR), and so on. The report is aggregated monthly.
Subscriptions details provides details of the subscriptions sold or managed by the partner, along with customer information. The report is aggregated monthly.
Azure usage provides usage details for Azure subscriptions sold or managed by the partner. Usage details are split by meter category and other key dimensions. The report is aggregated on monthly basis.
Office 365 - License Usage provides usage details of Office 365 licenses sold or managed by the partner. It also provides customer information and key metrics, such as monthly active users (MAU), qualified entitlements, and so on. This report is aggregated monthly.
Enterprise Mobility – License Usage provides usage details about Enterprise Mobility licenses sold or managed by the partner. It also provides customer information and key metrics such as MAU, qualified entitlements, and so on. This report is aggregated monthly.
Dynamics 365 – License Usage provides usage details about Dynamics 365 licenses sold or managed by the partner. It also provides customer information and key metrics such as MAU, qualified entitlements, and so on. This report is aggregated monthly.
Power BI - License Usage provides the usage details of Power BI licenses sold or managed by the partner. It also provides customer information and key metrics such as MAU, qualified entitlement, and so on. This report is aggregated monthly.
Trainings provides details like exams, certifications, assessments, tracks, and courses completed or taken up by employees of the partner.
Microsoft Learn provides details about the modules, learning path completion details, and user details for the partner.
Competencies – Summary and history provides details of all the competencies that are either active, in progress, or at risk for the partner. It also includes history of all the competencies achieved by the partner.
Competencies – Performance details provides details about how the partner is doing with respect to the key performance indicators (KPIs) for achieving a certain set of competencies.
