  • If your organization is using a previously released version of the Unified Service Desk 4.1 client application, you must uninstall the application and then install version 4.1.1.1433, instead of upgrading to version 4.1.1.1433.

  • If your organization is using a previous version other than the Unified Service Desk 4.1 client application, you can upgrade to the version 4.1.1.1433.
