Cancel a print job

Using Server Management
Open Server Management.
In the console tree, click Printers.
In the printers list, click the printer with documents waiting to print, and then click Manage Printer Jobs.
Right-click the document for which you want to cancel printing, and then click Cancel.

To open Server Management, click Start, and then click Server Management.
By default, all users can pause, resume, restart, and cancel printing of their own documents. However, to manage documents printed by other users, you must be logged on using an account with the Manage Documents permission. By default, members of the Domain Admins and Domain Power Users group have this permission.
You cannot cancel a print job that is at the top of the print queue or is in the process of printing.
To cancel printing for multiple documents, press and hold CTRL, and then click each document.

Open Server Management for Power Users.
Click Printers and Fax Printers.
In the printers list, click the printer with documents waiting to print, and then click Manage Printer Jobs.
Right-click the document for which you want to cancel printing, and then click Cancel.

If you are a member of the Domain Admins group and want to open Server Management for Power Users, click Start, click Run, and then type: %systemdrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\Administration\mysbsconsole.msc
