Select a separator page

To complete this procedure, you must be logged on using an account with Manage Printers permission. By default, members of the Domain Admins and Domain Power Users group have this permission.
Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
Right-click the printer for which you want to select a separator page, click Properties, and then click the Advanced tab.
Click Separator Page.
Click Browse and find your systemroot\System32 folder.
Specify one of the separator page files that Windows provides in the System32 folder:
Pcl.sep, which prints a page after switching the printer to Printer Control Language (PCL) printing.
Sysprint.sep, which prints a page after switching the printer to PostScript printing.
Pscript.sep, which does not print a page after switching the printer to PostScript printing.
