Retrieve POP3 e-mail messages now

To complete this procedure, you must be logged on as a member of the Domain Admins security group.
Open Server Management. To open Server Management, click Start, and then click Server Management.
In the console tree, click Internet and E-mail.
In the details pane, click Manage POP3 E-mail, and then click Open POP3 Connector Manager. The POP3 Connector Manager Properties dialog box appears.
On the Scheduling tab, click Retrieve Now. An informational message appears stating that the connector will now download and deliver e-mail.

The Retrieve Now option does not send or receive Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) e-mail. For information about immediately sending and receiving SMTP e-mail, see Synchronize e-mail messages now.
Poznámka
If the connector is currently downloading e-mail or if the Microsoft Connector for POP3 Mailboxes service is not started, the Retrieve Now button is unavailable.
