Download PDF feature update

Based on overwhelming positive customer feedback through survey we have decided to not remove the download PDF feature from the site until we have a replacement of similar capability to allow our customers to access content offline for their learning needs.

Our team will evaluate how to make the feature accessible or build a new solution which addresses the customer complaints raised through survey feedback in current download PDF solution.
