true, wenn das zugeordnete ConfigurationSection-Objekt auch dann gespeichert wird, wenn es nicht geändert wurde, andernfalls false. Der Standardwert ist false.

Hinweis: Wenn die Konfigurationsdatei gespeichert wird (auch wenn keine Änderungen vorhanden sind), startet ASP.NET die application1.exe.config neu.
