Examples

In the following example, the EnableAutoUpdate method of the ViewObject object is used to enable synchronization between a form's underlying XML document and the view that it is associated with:

thisXDocument.View.EnableAutoUpdate();

Remarks

The views in a Microsoft InfoPath form are automatically synchronized with the data that is contained in a form's underlying XML document. However, this can be overridden using the DisableAutoUpdate() method. To re-enable synchronization, use the EnableAutoUpdate method.
