If one could come up with a way to somehow identify the passphrase without having access to it, the protection would be worthless. To troubleshoot critical alarms on the Microsoft Azure Backup Server, you can follow these steps:

Open the System Center Admin Console and navigate to the Microsoft Azure Backup Server.

Go to Monitoring > Alerts.

In the Alerts pane, select the critical alarms that you want to troubleshoot.

Click View Knowledge to view more information about the alert and possible resolutions.

If the alert is related to a backup job, you can check the backup job status and logs to determine the cause of the issue. To do this, go to Protection > Backup Jobs and select the backup job that corresponds to the alert. Is this where I get to retrieve the passphrase from system center admin console?

Depending on your system configuration and installed software, you may find the System Center Admin Console shortcut on your desktop, in the Start Menu, or in a specific folder. Look for an icon that resembles the System Center logo or search for "System Center Admin Console" in the Start Menu search bar.

Most of the solutions above center on the Azure site recovery via the portal. Do you have any guidance for critical alarms on the backup server with a system center admin console that is on-premises and troubleshooting them as well.
