What data source should I be connecting to in order to complete the Lab?

I'm completing the Power BI for Tableau users training. I have reached the first Lab but I'm not clear on what data source I should be connecting to in order to undertake the assigned tasks. There are no saved Power BI files, as far as I can see.

Open the lab and navigate to AllFiles (D:) drive and there you can find Power BI for Tableau as shown in below screenshots:
