Azure Percept - not able to connect to WiFi

After trying to install a software update (over USB) on the Percept, I am unable to connect the device to any WiFi network. The software update (Azure-Percept-DK-1.0.20220112.1519-public_preview_1.0) failed with a LIBUSB_ERROR error, and after that the device seems unresponsive. None of the LED lights on the carrier board (WiFI, cloud and IoT hub LEDs) are turned on or flashing.

I've tried turning the device off and leaving it off for some time, as well as pulling the power plug. Nothing seems to work. The device boots up, but nothing more happens and the LEDs are turned off.

Is there a way to reset the device, apart from a USB flash? I assume a USB flash is not possible in this case, as I'm not able to connect the device to a network for SSH access.

    Hello @ea ,
This LIBUSB_ERROR error looks like you attempted to do USB update on a MAC (?), if so, please be aware the 3rd party flashing utility is not supported on MAC. You have to use either a PC or Linux PC to update. Since the devkit is not responsive, could you kindly perform the USB update again and do the following:

    1) Do the update on PC or Linux PC instead

    2) Try using the DIP switch method, instead of using SSH method. Note that you may not need to disassemble the device fully to get at the dip switches if you have a sufficiently small paperclip to get at the dip switches. Kindly be gentle on this step as the internal Wi-Fi antenna cable wire might break.

Let me know how it goes!
