Can't See My Santa Cruz AI Dev Kit WiFi Network

I connected and booted my Santa Cruz AI Dev Kit and followed the instructions in video of https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-percept/quickstart-percept-dk-unboxing to set it up. However, its wireless network listed in the Welcome card is not showing up in my computer's wireless network list. I tried the troubleshooting recommendations (leave it on for 15+ min and reboot) and problem still exists. Is something wrong with the dev kit? Please help out.

    @xuehai zhang Please update the OS to the latest version. This will resolve the issue. Follow the steps from Update Azure Percept DK over a USB-C connection
