Microsoft Authenticator Has Forgotten 2-step Verification on New Phone

I got a new phone, but when I go to the authenticator app to sign into a separate work account that I manage, the account says I haven't set up 2-step verification for this account yet. The 2 step verification for this account worked on my previous phone, but now I can't login at all because my new phone won't display any numbers or codes. I also have no idea how to scan for a QR code to set up the 2 factor authentication for this account as I've already done it in the past. Is there a way to solve this?

    You'll need an admin to go into your user account and hit the 'require re-register MFA' button which will then prompt and walk you through to set it back up on the new phone.
