Hello,
According to your description, now the issue changed to no boot. Here are some steps to take:
Safe Mode and Backup
The first step is to try and boot your PC in Safe Mode. If successful, you will be able to access your computer with minimal drivers and functionality, but your files should be accessible.
When your PC starts, press the power button to turn it off before it fully boots up. Repeat this 2- 3 times and your PC should open a diagnostic menu.
From this interface, select “Troubleshoot”, then “Advanced options”, then “Startup Settings” and click “Restart”.
After the restart, you should see a list where you can select safe mode.
If you can access your files in Safe Mode, you can transfer them to an external hard drive or USB. If you have a backup tool, use it. If not, you can just copy/paste important files.
Then I suggest that update all drivers just like video card driver and so on.
Check for Hard Drive issues
If your hard drive is failing, it may cause these kinds of issues. Repeat the process to get back to the troubleshoot menu, but this time select “Command Prompt”.
Once the command prompt is open, you’ll want to check your hard drive. Type “chkdsk C: /f /r /x” without quotes, and replace C: with the letter that identifies the partition where your OS is installed.
Best Regards,
Hania Lian
