Account reset after losing my phone

Hello,

I hope you are well,

I am a dev and I have subscribed to the Microsoft developper program.

I have an E5 subscription. The mail admin I work with has double auth activated on him. I've lost my phone and I can't access authenticator any more, even though I'd set the mail I used to subscribe to the Microsoft Dev program as my recovery mail. I no longer have access to my projects because every time I log in, I'm always asked for my authenticator. I've tried another method, they send the code to my last session but it's still on my old phone. I no longer have an option. I don't know what to do, please help me. I need this account.

    I understand that you are not able to access your account due to the Authentication code being sent to your old phone.

    You need to contact the Data Protection Team to assist with this.
