MSN Explorer: MSN Mail service is not available

If you receive a message saying that the MSN Mail service isn't available:

  • Make sure that you're connected to the Internet, and then try again.

  • Click Status and Support on the Help & Settings menu, and then click E-mail to check the MSN e-mail status.
