My MSN: Tips for keeping your information private
Microsoft is committed to helping protect your security and privacy while you're using My MSN. For more information, see the Microsoft Online Privacy Notice Highlights.
To help protect your security on public or shared computers:
Always sign out of My MSN when you've finished.
When you sign in, don't select the Sign me in automatically check box.
Select I'm using a public computer when you sign in. You'll need to enter your user name and password each time you sign in.
In Windows XP, you may not see this option if the computer isn't set up to be shared.
When you've finished browsing the Internet, clear the browser's cache and clear your web history. For more information, see your browser's Help.
Use a web browser that supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections and cookies. Most newer browsers support SSL.
