Windows Live ID couldn't determine your membership status. Try one or more of the following:

  • Make sure that you have an active MSN membership.

  • Make sure that you have entered your password correctly. MSN passwords are case sensitive

  • Make sure that you're connected to the Internet.

  • Make sure that your privacy settings are set to Medium or lower. For more information, see MSN Explorer: View or change your privacy settings.

  • Try your request again.
