Share videos with your friends
There are several ways to share videos that you find on with your friends. You can send links by e-mail or instant message, embed videos on your website or blog, or post the video to your space on a social networking site such as MySpace or Facebook. Some of the options below may not be available for certain videos, because the video providers have chosen not to allow them.
Search or browse for a video that you want to share. For more information, see Find and watch videos
Click the video thumbnail to begin playing the video.
To the left of the video player, click SHARE.
Do one or more of the following:
Send a link to a video
Click in the Link box, and then press CTRL+C to copy the link to your clipboard.
Open an e-mail or instant message, and press CTRL+V to paste the link into the message before you send it.
Note
- To open an e-mail message in your default e-mail program, with the video link already pasted into the message, in the Share pane, click Email.
Embed a video in your website or blog
Click in the Embed Video box, and then press CTRL+C to copy the HTML embed code to your clipboard.
Paste the HTML embed code into your website or blog to insert a video player which plays the video from .
Post a video to a social networking site
Under Post Video, click the icon for the social networking site that you belong to.
Sign in to the social networking site with the credentials for your account on the site, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
