Report offensive comments
If you find a comment on the COMMENTS section of a video page on the website offensive, you can report it. When you submit your report, Microsoft will review the comment and take appropriate action.
Sign in to the MSN Video website with your Windows Live ID. For more information, see Sign in to MSN Video. You must sign in before you can report a comment as offensive.
Open the video that received the offensive comment. For more information about finding videos, see Find and watch videos.
Above the video player, click Comments.
Next to the offensive comment, click report, and then click OK.
