    @Syed Faisal

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A, from above description I could understand that you are trying to reset pin from lockscreen, but not able to do so.

    Please do correct me if this is not the ask:

    I would be needing the screenshot of the error message or behavior you are getting to guide you further however until then you must ensure trying the following steps:

    For Microsoft Entra joined devices:

    1. If the PIN credential provider isn't selected, expand the Sign-in options link, and select the PIN pad icon
    2. Select I forgot my PIN from the PIN credential provider
    3. Select an authentication option from the list of presented options. This list is based on the different authentication methods enabled in your tenant (like Password, PIN, Security key)
    4. Follow the instructions provided by the provisioning process
    5. When finished, unlock your desktop using your newly created PIN

    For Microsoft Entra hybrid joined devices:

    1. If the PIN credential provider isn't selected, expand the Sign-in options link, and select the PIN pad icon
    2. Select I forgot my PIN from the PIN credential provider
    3. Enter your password and press enter
    4. Follow the instructions provided by the provisioning process
    5. When finished, unlock your desktop using your newly created PIN

    If this does not resolve your issue, then kindly share the screenshot of the error screen where you are stuck.

    If you don't have any further queries and the suggestion works as per your business need. Please "Accept the answer (Yes)" and "share your feedback ". This will help us and others in the community as well.

    Thanks,
