Unable to add workspace on RDC for Mac

My RD client on my Mac computer was working a week ago. Yesterday I tried to access my Navy workspace and received an error message. I contacted Navy Helpdesk support and they had me delete the client app and reinstall. Upon doing that I'm not able to re-add my workspace. Neither my Navy email address or https://rdweb.wvd.azure.us/api/arm/feeddiscovery finds my workspace.

They basically said it's up to me to figure out as they don't have a lot of troubleshooting information when it comes to Mac support. Asked me to let them know what I did to resolve so they can update their information.

I'm at a loss on where to go from here.

I have the IOS client on my iPad and that works great, so the workspace exists and I'm able to get to it on my iPad.

The Mac OS is 14.5 (23F79) and is up to date.

In my firewall both:

com.microsoft.rdc.macos

Microsoft Remote Desktop.app

are set to "Allow incoming connections"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
