Remarks

You can use the OutlookRuleBlobExists property to determine whether to prompt the user before submitting the UpdateInboxRules(IEnumerable<RuleOperation>, Boolean) method.

To update rules when the Outlook rule blob exists, call the UpdateInboxRules(IEnumerable<RuleOperation>, Boolean) method, passing true as the value of the removeOutlookRuleBlob parameter.
