Creates an instance of an AssemblyInfo class.

Parameters
- assemblyName
- String
Specifies a comma-separated assembly name combination consisting of version, culture, and public-key tokens.

Remarks
If the AssemblyInfo instance is not initialized with assembly information, an exception is thrown.
