true if the ToolZone is currently displayed; otherwise, false. The default value is false.

Remarks

ToolZone controls, by default, are not displayed when a Web Parts page loads. They appear only when the page is switched programmatically or by a user into a page display mode that is associated with a particular ToolZone control.
