Visual3D.Visual3DChildrenCount Property

Gets the number of child elements for the Visual3D object.

 virtual property int Visual3DChildrenCount { int get(); };
protected virtual int Visual3DChildrenCount { get; }
member this.Visual3DChildrenCount : int
Protected Overridable ReadOnly Property Visual3DChildrenCount As Integer

Property Value

The number of child elements.

By default, a Visual3D has no child elements. Therefore, the default implementation always returns 0.

The Visual3DChildrenCount property is introduced in .NET Framework version 3.5. For more information, see Versions and Dependencies.

Notes to Inheritors

To correctly enumerate the visual tree, a class that derives from Visual3D must override this property and also override the GetVisual3DChild(Int32) method.
