Microsoft Dataverse - Service Update 22042 Release Notes


Service Update 22042 for Dataverse 9.2.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 22042.

Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When zoom was set to 400% in the Customer Service Hub, the Advanced find button in the Recent records popup, and long record names within Posts were not visible in the timeline.*
  • When keyboard focus was applied to the "Remove text" button, the color contrast ratio between focus border color and button background color was not greater than or equal to 3:1.

Knowledge Management

  • The migration job status remained in the "in progress" stage when a file store migration job was complete.

Unified Interface

  • In the Sales Hub, the members grid for a new or existing Marketing list did not contain the "See all associated records" button.*
  • The Successes/Failures tab in the Sales Hub was missing in the related tab of a new or existing Campaign.*
  • When navigating by selecting the "back" command within a sub area (Service, Sales, etc.) the page may have gone to a prior sub area menu, rather than the previous view.
  • The notification panel flyout was unresponsive and did not close after selecting the wrapper button in the Marketing app.
  • When searching for a Knowledge Article in the regarding lookup control, there were no records in the search results.
  • When searching for a Knowledge Article in the quick find view, the search results did not reflect the search criteria and selected records within the results were unresponsive.
  • When switching between multiple tabs in the Customer Service Workspace, any data within the first tab was removed after closing the second tab.
  • When deleting a nested folder in the Sales Hub, there was no confirmation notification and the folder was still visible in its SharePoint location.

Error Messages, Exceptions, and Failures

The following list details issues whose resolutions correct actions that produce errors, unhandled exceptions, or system or component failures.

Unified Interface

  • An error occurred when adding an entity to an offline profile, and the entity was removed from the offline status tab following synchronization.
  • An error occurred when creating a phone call record in an account or case entity.
  • An error occurred when navigating to the Dashboard of any entity home page grid, and the command bar was not present.
  • An error occurred when using Advanced Find to create a new operating hour record.
