Business value
Streaming dataflows provide a low code/no code experience for analysts to ingest, mashup, model, and build reports based off streaming and real time data. Creating these highly interactive, near real time reports uses the same tools and processes currently available in Power BI. The resulting dataflows will allow users to access both real-time and historical data.

Here are some of the key experiences we plan to deliver:
- Simplify the report authoring process of working with streaming data, making it as frictionless as working with all other data types in Power BI
- Eliminate the need to understand complex streaming APIs or require Python coding skills
- Provide easy to use templates for connecting to common streaming sources like Twitter
