Dear All,

We have the RDS farm window server 2016 (RDS license, RDS connection broker, RDS session host (6 system), RDS DB, RDS file server using UPD.

after 30-Apr-2024 studently we have issue with UPD, user logon to RDS session host with temporary profile. before about 02 years ago we have issue but when deleted regedit (registry key) it can be fixed. But now we cannot fix the issue.

note: when we try deleted one user's UPD has issue but cannot? we don't know why?

Can you provide a solution for this? we try many methods also search google but no results.

Thanks.

    Hello,

The previously used method (deleting the registry) should be effective.

You can attempt to repair your components if there are any issues by following these steps:

    1. Open Command Prompt.
    2. Execute "sfc /scannow" and "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" commands.
