Hello

 

Please i need your help on this issue.

every calls saves as draft under Teams chat

When checking nothing did appear in the Teams web

The issue is happening on just incoming calls.

The issue is happening for users personal number, but it seems to be users with call queues

We cleared the Cache and they are still coming through
