Find the Dynamics 365 content you need, fast!

Welcome to the new documentation site for Dynamics 365! To help you zero in on the content you need for the Dynamics 365 application(s) you use and for your role, we’ve designed our new content site around a few basic organising principles:

  • Enterprise vs. Business edition applications. Dynamics 365 includes a wealth of applications for the enterprise and one that is designed for small-to medium-sized businesses. To find the right content for the right application, make sure you know whether you’re working with an Enterprise edition or Business edition application.

Enterprise edition applications for Dynamics 365 include Customer Engagement (CRM) applications and Unified Operations (ERP) applications. The Customer Engagement applications include: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service Automation, and Customer Insights. The Unified Operations applications include: Finance and Operations, Retail, and Talent.

Business edition applications includes Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

You can drill down to content for Enterprise or Business edition applications at the top level of our documentation site. Then select from a simplified set of links for each app to go to the right content for your role:
