How should I handle a Reschedule Request?
Accept or Decline
Students can submit a request for a lesson to be rescheduled through their TakeLessons account. Once a request is submitted, it is added to the Actions section on your provider Dashboard for you to review.
Expert Tip: Reference the "Schedule" next to your Actions center to ensure that the date and time requested are available.
Accept: This will automatically add their requested time to your calendar.
Decline: The student will receive an email letting them know that you've declined the timeslot. As a best practice, you should contact the student as soon as possible to suggest an alternative day/time.
