Sql server reporting issue on save and print the data

Hi Team, customer facing weired issue on reporting url that is customer can't save and print the output but customer can able to pull the data. I verified with customer for any errors but I don't see any errors. Kindly suggest me what are things need to check to resolve the issue. What are main things to verify in such cases Any suggestions would be appreciated

    customer can't save and print the output.

    What version of SQL Server you are using? We can get the latest CU update to resolve the issue.

    In addition, here is a known issue, you can check the steps in this article to resolve the issue.

    Could you please post the detailed logs here to help us narrow down the issue if the methods above cannot resolve the issue?
