@Harshal Wankhade - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thanks for reaching out to us.

By default, Application Insights retains data for 90 days. However, you can configure the retention period to be longer or shorter depending on your needs.

If you need to access logs that are more than 3 months old, you have a few options:

    1. Increase the retention period: You can increase the retention period for your Application Insights resource to retain data for a longer period. To do this, go to the "Data Retention" section in the Azure portal and select a longer retention period. Keep in mind that increasing the retention period will also increase the cost of your Application Insights resource.
    2. Export data to long-term storage: You can export data from Application Insights to long-term storage such as Azure Blob Storage or Azure Data Lake Storage. This will allow you to retain data for a longer period of time and access it when needed. To do this, go to the "Export" section in the Azure portal and configure the export settings.
    3. Query data from Log Analytics: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/logs/data-retention-archive?tabs=portal-1%2Cportal-2

Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
